Piscataquog River Apartments are located in a scenic setting on Agnes Street in West Manchester
conveniently off the Kelley Falls Bridge overlooking the Piscataquog River.

The complex consists of five buildings, one of which is exclusive to the elderly featuring one and two
bedroom units. Income limits may apply.

All other units are two bedrooms with private balconies. The kitchens are fully applianced with
dishwashers and granite counter tops.

Central heat and air conditioning run on natural gas.

Each floor is also equipped with laundry facilities.
